I work for Germantown Friends School district in Philadelphia PA. Pat came out and gave us a quote for several of our buildings. We have various HVAC systems in our buildings ranging from small residential in one of the office buildings to several air handlers in our gymnasium. Pat cleaned each unit, tailored to the size and style. When all was completed, I inspected each unit and everyone looked almost as if it were new. In one instance, he had to reconfigure some of the ductwork due to the fact of a poor installation. Accurate will be back on a regular PM routine. Schools and IAQ (Indoor air quality) issues, Pat and his company will help the faculty, students and staff breathe easier!
